That's actually rather large and somewhat intimidating...
According to the people who assembled it, it's not quite to scale with its on-screen counterpart--it's two to three feet shorter. So we're looking at around 14 feet, give or take. In any case, t was an awesome sight.
Thankfully, the character is pretty friendly. So no real worries of a robot rampage. ;)
