As if the reports of looting, murdering and raping after Katrina weren't bad enough.
It seems that members of some law enforcement agencies are shooting stranded dogs in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana. I hate to tell them this, but they are shooting at the wrong goddamned animals. They should have been shooting those fucking looters and armed gangs that were terrorizing the city. Bravo, you jackasses, bravo.
